Declarative Hardware Architectures using Nix

Nix allows us to define complex build architectures in a declarative matter. So what stops us from defining hardware? In fact, it turns out nothing stops us from designing hardware with Nix. In this talk, I'll be covering how a unified hardware and toolchain architecture can be defined for FPGA's and ASIC's using Nix.
