Majority of Nix repositories are still relying on ad-hoc declarations/imports where they are needed. In this talk, we will go over a pattern where users can very easily inject globally available helper functions, create new custom packages/scopes or transparently override preexisting ones and make them available to modules all without using specialArgs.
